Thanks all of you for bringing this to our attention.
We seem to experience downtime on (chat-2, chat-5, chat-6 and chat-9). We are currently investigating this issue. Please note that due to the holiday period we’re short on staff and it might take a while until we resolve this.
We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience. We’ll update you as soon as possible.
Update:
Chat-9 should now work fine again, please let us know if you are experiencing any further issues.
We have not found any issues on chat-2, chat-5 or chat-6, meaning the recipient was most likely on chat-9 and was therefore causing connection issues.
I just installed TeamSpeak, and I had been chatting for about 30 minutes with friends, and then I got disconnected from the messenger services, and I cannot connect to a server either. I just installed the app, and I got no clue why this is. Im still connected to my internet, and my connection does not seem to be the problem?
For about two days now, I haven’t been able to connect to my contacts or group chats. I tried deleting all the TeamSpeak folders, and the only change is that the program occasionally tries to connect instead of staying disconnected all the time. Connecting to my server or sending private messages to people who are on the server isn’t a problem, because I can open our chat by clicking on them.
I´m on CachyOS.
