Thanks all of you for bringing this to our attention.

We seem to experience downtime on (chat-2, chat-5, chat-6 and chat-9). We are currently investigating this issue. Please note that due to the holiday period we’re short on staff and it might take a while until we resolve this.

We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience. We’ll update you as soon as possible.

Update:

Chat-9 should now work fine again, please let us know if you are experiencing any further issues.

We have not found any issues on chat-2, chat-5 or chat-6, meaning the recipient was most likely on chat-9 and was therefore causing connection issues.

I have just started experiencing this myself. It was working fine on my macbook, but when I installed the client on my Windows PC, it doesn’t work.

I went through uninstalling and reinstalling the client, removing all the files I could find inside AppData, (Local and Roaming), as the fix at the top of the thread didn’t work for me.

I just don’t understand how I can connect to the services fine on my mac, but not on Windows.

Edit: Just suddenly started working again. Disregard.

I am currently experiencing this on my windows client. I tried deleting the cache and that did not fix the issue.

Edit: It just started working but I’m still having trouble creating invite links.

I also have this issue. It keeps attempting to reconnect but fails. My account name is the same as forum name.

Having this issue as well, tried all the fixes provided. Username is Alligunning.

Hi! I’m having this issue as well, and have tried deleting the cache, renaming the cache, and changing any related firewall settings. The account username is LazCalico.
Edit: After about 30 minutes, the issue resolved on its own.

Hi, I’m having problems with my connection for some reason? I dont understand what is going on but it refuses to connect. I tried disconnecting from the internet and retrying but it keeps saying that I’m not connected. My username is: xxe4

We can’t see any issue on your chat server, can you check your log files for any errors?

I fixed the issue, I deleted the teamspeak folder and all instances and I ran the installer again and clicked on the “Repair” option. My connection issue is fixed, thanks.

Having this issue, tried relogging, restarting, reinstalling, and manually allowing TS through firewall. Username: MonstroCromo

Same here, i panic.
I cannot even accept invite to group chats. Or when i finally get it on the side it load and then say “error”

Im adding more info, there is also very strange when i finally get in and we want to watch stream it only show this for everyone

Is it lagging problem because of alot of people changeing from Discord to Teamspeak or and the Teamspeak servers are heavy loaded?

Here are my logs.
