Disconnected from Chat / Messenger // You are not connected to chat services

This is a megathread to collect all reports of connection issues with the TeamSpeak 6 Client. Please refrain from creating new topics about this issue and use this thread instead.

Thanks all of you for bringing this to our attention.

We seem to experience downtime on (chat-2, chat-5, chat-6 and chat-9). We are currently investigating this issue. Please note that due to the holiday period we’re short on staff and it might take a while until we resolve this.

We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience. We’ll update you as soon as possible.

Update:

Chat-9 should now work fine again, please let us know if you are experiencing any further issues.

We have not found any issues on chat-2, chat-5 or chat-6, meaning the recipient was most likely on chat-9 and was therefore causing connection issues.

Same Issue. Settings show that I am logged in and I am still able to use chat/voice within servers. Other users say they can see me online and send me private messages, which show as sent but not received.

Thanks for bringing it up, we’re working on it.

It should be fixed now

Just saw they fixed it yay

started today

Also having this problem today. I followed the instructions in first post to no avail. BF says I show up as ‘Offline Contact’. This has also happened to me before and I had to completely abandon TS for a while because no matter what I did it wouldn’t connect.
