Does anyone work in the license sales department?

Two days ago I wrote an application to buy a license for 6 months, I wrote an application and still no one wrote me back.Does anyone work in the license sales department?

my previous license expires in 3 days!
And my previous license has 128 slots, and I want a new 256. So I can’t extend the old one.

You can always renew it and ask for an upgrade then they’ll just charge the difference.

It doesn’t take 1-2 weeks to get an answer, it’s just a busier time than usual at the moment :wink:

@Adam i mean not the Support Replay Time. I mean the Processing time for a license. But now it takes most 1 Week. :slight_smile:

I think it can be made quicker than that still :wink:
