E-Mail Account got hacked

Hello,

I hope somebody can help me. My E-Mail Account got hacked and i wanted to change the E-Mail-Adress of this Account. But when I want to set a new Account it sends a confirmation Mail which I need to Accept.

Is it possible to change the Mail-Adress of this Account?

Myteamspeak email changing without access to old email

The E-mail change can only be done on the website and requires access to the old one, because a validation mail is send to the old one to start the progress. And as long the validation did not happen the E-mail to the new address won’t be send.

That´s same I wrote. But I hoped somebody from the stuff is able to help me to change the address.

If you no longer have access to your original email address, we would strongly recommend that you speak to the domain owner to see if they can temporarily lift restrictions on your old email address so you are able to make the needed changes for your myTS account. (Obviously an after thought considering the circumstances, handle key items first).

We can’t manually modify this ourselves as this would be a breach of the DPA, hence protect your email first, then go from there.
