Email or passwored change (gcm: tag doesn’t match)

Faced similar problems as people here — my email and password change didn’t work in my browser, but I was able to change my password in version 6 of TeamSpeak. After that, the password change started working in the browser too.

However, my problem is that I tried to change my email before I fixed the password issue — the button froze as usual. Now, when I follow the link from the email to confirm the new address, it says:
“Sorry! Something went wrong. We’re working on the problem. Try again later.”
(after I enter my new password)

Do you receive an error in the console?

Have you tried a different browser/device/internet connection? Sometimes that helps.

Well, I just waited for a day and tried again (I requested the change again and provided my email. I received two emails again, and everything worked), and it worked for me. Thank you.

I’ve been trying to change my email in myteamspeak for two days now, but I can never get past this screen:

Edit: I also can’t change my username if I wanted to in myteamspeak.
I’d apprecaite some assistance.

got the same problem with changing mail adress and password a few days ago
using MS Edge as Browser

Did i understand that correct?

We need to login at the Client software first for changing password/mail, even if we only want to change these on the website directly?

Since the affected accounts are not able to login into the website yes, after logging in once in the client it will work on the website aswell.

i could login with my current mail and current password on the website
