Emoji in new line can not be deleted with Backspace

Test case :

  • Pick a room or a Contact

  • Click the input field (text area)

  • Hold SHIFT and press ENTER (new line)

  • Type : :+1: (thumbs up)

  • Now press BACKSPACE

You cant erase the emoji.

Console log :
Couldn't access the previous child at current idx 4

If you press STRG(CTRL) + Backspace on the Keyboard it Works :wink:

Beta 58 (not upcoming b57) will fix this.
