Error in logs: TS3ANetwork::Send failed error: 111

In my case it shows up every 10 minutes so i assumed it’s the serverlist. And that’s the reason why i haven’t reported it. If i disable the “show in serverlist” this error stops showing up.

Does your error also appear with 10 minutes in between?

In that case the error can be ignored. The only way to fix this locally is to turn off reporting.

No. it’s exactly doing what it should in such case.

As i wrote turn off reporting whilethe weblist is not reachable and you are fine.

Pings to accounting.teamspeak.com and weblist.teamspeak.com are o.k., but the traceroute to accounting.teamspeak.com fails.

Is there a problem with the account server atm?

Accounting is working (tracerout and ping also work for my route at least)

Please make sure your server is running version 3.13.7 and that firewall and portforwarding on the machine are fine.

Ps. the log entry is not about accounting. Did you miss to add more?

Also my Grafana monitoring shows a lot of CPU usage from the ts3server errors every 10 minutes:

Would perhaps also be technically nicer if the ts3server would not eat up 3GB RAM every 10min in such an incident…

There is nothing wrong with accounting.teamspeak.com. So nothing new to report from our site.
Tested with own IP and VPN from different countries.

  • These domains are no websites so 404 or no reply at all in web browsers is to be expected.


10 Minute retries are still from webreporting to weblist (which is offline on purpose) and should not give any feedback in latest server 3.13.7 when reporting to it is enabled or was disabled.

We checked our systems again and nothing seems to be wrong with it.
If there would be something wrong we would have lots (I mean a lot lot lot lot) of complaints. But that’s not the case.

May i ask where the servers are hosted (Country &/or region) and again please ensure your server version is up to date (3.13.7).

And has anyone tried to run a VPN/Proxy on the machine to test out if that changes anything?

I have the exact same ‘problem’ with my server. Im just not complaining because apart from the error logs, the server is working fine. My server is hosted in germany and its version is 3.13.7.
Never had this problem before. Restart didn’t help.

Can you ping “accounting2.teamspeak.com” on that machine?
If you can’t then a restart won’t help to solve it.

Your server did not shutdown with any error/info about accounting?

My server did not shutdown. I have just the free license with 32 slots on it.
As i said, it’s working completely fine. I have just the same error log “TS3ANetwork::Send failed error: 111”

In your case it’s one of the other domains not working. That server your are running (without license) doesn’t require to contact accounting.

For weblist: Turn it off in server settings (expand below to read all)

I have the same error logs in all of my three server instances.
For sure something is broken. @TS.ChrisR
My servers started showing the same erros about two weeks ago and it still goes on (different machines).
It can’t be a user error in this case. But for me the servers don’t crash or shutdown, they still working.
