ERROR MESSAGE won't go away

I use Team Speak daily… no problem.
However - about 2 weeks ago I began seeing a message that keeps reappearing:

“Sync related features are unavailable at the moment.
Please enter the password for your current account.”

The message box will not accept any characters. I click cancel… and some time later it reappears.

How do I fix this?
