I got it working by logging into my account on another pc, then copying TeamSpeak directories in local app data and roaming, then pasting them to my main pc. Then teamspeak is logged on after startup :))

Hello,

I have the same problem that I can’t connect to the myTeamspeak services although I definitely have an internet connection. I then tried to log in again and an “unknown error” occurred. However, I can log in to the myTeamspeak website. Unfortunately, changing the password does not work because an infinite loading circle appears.

This is a known issue in the Client, please try downloading the latest TS5 beta from here, login to the Client and then let it automatically update to the new TS6 version.

If the login button does nothing, please temporarily disable your 2FA Factor Authentication and the login should work.

Doesn’t work for me. I have uninstalled V6 and 5. then installed your linked V5. At the first Start it was v5.0.0. The Login didn’t worked without showing an error. After a restart of Teamspeak it updated to v5.0.0.3273 according to the exe file. Then I get the same error as in the topic title again.

It’s the german version of “Failed to sign in to this account; unknown error!”
→ “Anmeldung bei diesem Konto fehlgeschlagen; unbekannter Fehler!”

For what it looks like this error only appears in TS6 and not TS5. Are you sure that the correct version was installed when trying to log in?

Anyways I would suggest trying it again, as we otherwise don’t have a different solution for that problem.

You don’t need to uninstall anything. You can just use the installer to downgrade and when you restart the client it will automatically update to TS6

I’m sorry to say, but this doesn’t work. I tried it multiple times.
Now also with deleting the folder in Localdata and Appdata. But the error persisted
