I am experiencing the same problem. I have tried everything written here but have not been able to find a solution. When my friend tries to log in to the TeamSpeak application from their computer using my email and password, there is no problem, but I cannot log in from my computer even though I have tried everything suggested here. I thought it might be due to the antivirus software on my computer, so I disabled it, but I still can’t log in. Please help.
And you made sure to install the version I have linked here?
If that still does not help, please post a screenshot of the error page with censored credentials and your latest client log where the error appears.

The problem was solved with the setup file I downloaded from the link you provided. Thank you.
updated drivers, reinstalled the client several times and still no positive outcome. Every time the same error
Same issue here…
Same error for me. Tried to redownload it. Changed my password even but same error
You need to make sure that after downgrading the client is not restarting, otherwise it will automatically update again and you will run into the error.

Do not close the client manually. If that still does not work, then please attach a screenshot of the login page.

Hello everyone, I have been a TS user for a while, but I cannot log in to the server I paid for because I am stuck on the most illogical error ever.
‘failed to sign in to this account; unknown error’
I’ve deleted and reinstalled the game multiple times, tried updating from older versions, but this app won’t work on my computer no matter what I do, and I have no idea why.

nothing work for me. I tried to delete my cache files for trying to fix “disconnected from messanger server” issue then my TS stop working i cant log in cant join any server thanks for solutions
Are you still unable to log in? If so please post a screenshot of the login UI containing the error.
