Got the same issue… TS6, TS5 and even TS3 im not able to log on caused to this issue.
It’s the german version of “Failed to sign in to this account; unknown error!”
→ “Anmeldung bei diesem Konto fehlgeschlagen; unbekannter Fehler!”
Can you please post a screenshot of the login page for me to verify that you’re using the correct version?
Have you enabled 2FA for your account?

wich version should i install? I tried ts6, ts5 and ts3
Yes i got my authentification
The version that you can download here: https://files.teamspeak-services.com/pre_releases/client/5.0.0-beta77/teamspeak-client.msi
If it still does not work, please post a picture of the login menu with the error message for me to verify that you’re on the correct version.
Or to use TS3 you will need to disable the 2FA. Like mentioned on the myTS website

Okay, this may be a bit confusing but the Version shown in the Installed app list is not corresponding to the actual Version you have installed. Please go ahead an use the installed I’ve linked above.

Well its a different version now but if i try to log in nothing happens, no error.’
sign in buttons lights up and the teamspeak logo comes up but no error and log in doesnt happen
Yes that is the correct login page.
Now please try disabling the 2FA and see if the login works. At this time of development the 2FA was not implemented so it should work after disabling it.

Since we’ve just released the 2FA, I as not aware of that issue.
