Nope, the file has a size of 0 bytes it seems.
Those errors are most likely caused by old server list. Disabling the reporting to the weblist should fix the erros in the logs.

I am very certain, that the server has has the File Transfer port not correctly forwarded and does therefore not upload any data to the server.

Forwarded how? Is there a documentation? Like I said, Port 30033 is assigned to the server.
Forwarded to the internet most specifically. Assigning ptero port is not enough, something must be blocking the port to the outside world.
