Found recovery key (after Fallback)

I thought I lost my recovery key and i did a fallback, and than i found my old recovery key. Can i use it somehow to get my data back?

With fallback you rewrote all encrypted content with a new key.
This invalidated the old one.

The only way to get your data back in that case is a local backup of your old settings.db
