The idea is that when creating a channel, this window does not close when switching to a Personal chat with a user, or other actions.
Example:
A person asked to create a channel with a specific name and password by writing to me in Private Messages, and I cannot copy and immediately create a channel as in the old TS3. I would like to redo this function.
