When connecting to the server, we get the following error message. We don’t understand why, because we bought a 1-year license for 64 seats from you.
It’s what it says.
The server you connect to is a case for the privacy department and will be blocked at some point.
Most likely you rent a server from a hosting company (or other individuals who are not us because we do not sell servers) and these never bought a license which allows hosting/selling servers.
So the first is to put up that warning, because often their customers do not know if they own a license.
In case you are the host and own a license (bought from us TeamSpeak and not any other individual) feel free to create a ticket for the Sales & License department under
