Get the message "Too many slots hosted"

Today I migrated our community teamspeak to a new server. For some reason the servers keeps on shutting down with reason “too many slots hosted”.
We use a npl license. We start the server with 500 Slots (-6 reserved) and there is only one instance running.
The original server had no such problems, even with 512 Slots (-4 reserved).

You killed the old server instead of shutting the process down OR the process was never stopped.
And this is why it stays registered with it’s slots for next 2-3 hours.

You have/had to wait to get this solved.

Shutdown your server instance (Expand to get a how to for your operation system)
  • These are official supported ways. to shutdown the whole server.
    All ways will shutdown the whole instance and will report, that slots are not used anymore.```
* All operation systems:
In the ServerQuery interface you can enter the command `serverprocessstop`

* Linux/FreeBSD shell:
The command `./ts3server_startscript.sh stop` when your server was started with `./ts3server_startscript.sh start`

* Windows:
Right-click into the Server Tray Icon -> Then press `Exit`

Hello,
I have a problem with TeamSpeak server,
Everytime i start teamspeak server its shuting down because :
|Accounting | |too many virtualservers running, shutting down!
BUT my license is juste 64slots with 1 virtual server.
But on my server i have only ONE virtual server with 64slots…

I Already try with i new installation but still not work…

Idk if i do something wrong ^^ :confused:

I guess this is the problem. ^^
