Hello,
in TS3, when somebody poked you and you had muted your sound, it still said it to you.
I have found the options menu that lists various sounds like “channel join” etc. but getting poked is not there and you can not set if you want to hear the message while muted.
I hope this will get added in a future release as my friends have stated this a big issue for them and a step down from TS3.
