If somebody other than yourself is online from the group it’s should have an indicator like when a friend is online at contacts. Simple cool feature. This type of green indicator at the icon of the group.
We had this in the past, but Matrix presence status had issues that time and in bigger rooms this made no sense to have.
So at the end we decided to not add this feature into the client.
