Hear noise when there is nobody talking for a while

Hello,
For a long time I have had the problem that when the channel is very quiet you can hear a little noise at Teamspeak 5. Can you fix that or is it a bug from teamspeak? Can somebody help me?

In the audio settings there is something called Comfort Noise. This might be it.

Is it a white noise? A lot of devices (especially wireless devices do this as a keep alive)

Or what Gamer wrote could also be.
