You only need to forward those ports on the server side.
As a client this is not required and could potentially be harmfull.
As long as you don’t provide the full domain we won’t be able to fully help you.
I can suggest to use a custom DNS server.
If you are running windows you can change the used DNS server in the adapter configuration by selecting Properties → Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) → Properties → Use the following DNS server addresses:
I would recommend using either the Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1) or the Google DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)
You can also use combinations of those like 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8
There are a tone of different DNS servers out there but those proved most reliable for me.

This might help resolve the hostname.
