Help me please! My Ts 3.5.6 crashes all the time!

Hello everyone

I’m having this problem with the CLIENT 64-BIT 3.5.6.

The problem is that after opening the program and after few seconds interacting with it, it FREEZES and stay like this until I have to force it closing with the Task Manager. It doens’t let me doing anything.

I’ve tried everything, restarting my pc, unistalling it several times and it keeps showing me the same problem.

I downloaded the beta version but it doesn’t work with the servers that I need to be connected.

I hope this post doens’t bother anyone and someone could help me, please!
PS: I speak Spanish so sorry for my english.

Are you using asus graphics card?

Hello, I have a MSI laptop. With windows 10 64x bits. i5 8th generation
16gb RAM
GPu: GTX 960m

This problem can be caused if you have Tweak/Overclock software running.
If you don’t have, please can you post your logs. Possibly the log shows something and maybe the staff will help you.

I don’t have any program like that! Just the main programs from Windows 10 and Nvidia Gforce experience for the gpu.

Can you show me how to see and post the logs, please? I’m kinda new in this forum

Just go in the TS3 folder in your appdata.
C:\Users{YOUR_NAME}\AppData\Roaming\TS3Client\logs

In case you have crashdumps too it will be useful.

The log shows nothing related.

The only thing i see here is that your audio device(s) disconnect often and do not answer.
Mayyyybeeeeeeeee this is a hint.

Well I appreciate your time. I couldn’t find any solution to this :frowning:

I have all my drivers updated and windows 10 as well. Idk what else I could do.
