Hey, I have a question is there a possibility to make a hidden server group that I can give to people; however they wont be able to see it only the server admin can see.

No, there is no chance to create a hidden/invisible server group.
You can just set up (channel) client permissions for specific users.
But you can give someone client permissions and nobody can see what they have.
