High Packet Loss on Teamspeak 3.5.6

I have an issue where I have very high packet loss when connecting to one server when the ts client is version 3.5.6.

It’s not on my PC because its on my laptop.
It’s not on my network because its just happened today (and downgrading the version to 3.5.5 fixes it).
Firewall hasn’t changed,
No change to network.
I got 220Mb down and 21 up.
So fast internet as well.
Wired.

Any suggestions?

  • Instead of using Wi-Fi, use a cable connection (Wi-Fi packet loss occurs more often)
  • Check your network for any problematic components and replace/repair/update/upgrade them (PC, cables, router, drivers)
  • If the problem is on your ISP’s end, contact them and see what they can do to help.
  • Restart your router and/or modem if necessary.
