I have a new question here. I just subscribed to a server for $17.99, but the data packet loss rate is a bit high. How can I solve this problem? We use members from all over the world, but most of them are in China
We currently only have locations for our Community in North America and Europe which then results into a high ping any sometimes packet loss for users from other regions.
We’re planning to add more server locations in the future.
For now, you can either continue using the current location or request a refund by emailing [email protected].
