Host banner

I bought a community server and this is really the first time I’ve been really disappointed with Teamspeak. If you spend a really high price for a Teamspeak server for screen sharing etc. (other hosters offer Teamspeak servers much cheaper) then I would like to have the possibility to make all server settings. I can’t even set the host button myself? Why? I don’t understand that? Why does there have to be a Teamspeak host button? And why can’t I set the host banner to “Customize aspect ratio”? If a user now moves his Teamspeak client, the host banner does not adapt. Why is that? For 5 euros. I don’t understand that!

About the aspect ration:

I will forward this feedback internally to include the settings that setting on the myTS dashboard.

Some customization settings have to be done on the myTS dashboard as we are responsible for the content and need to be able to moderate it.

About the host button:

I will also forward this to be reviewed, not sure if this decision is intentional or if the essential permissions are just granted to the user.

What is the current status? I hope that you will soon be able to set the host banner yourself or that the function will be removed immediately. But it looks like it’s a free server with advertising

Hello everyone,

I’m having a problem with the banners. I can enter the link under Banner Image URL, but I don’t have the option to adjust the size (center the banner), and I can’t enter the value for GFX Interval. Or have I overlooked this feature? Unfortunately, I only see a small portion of the banner and not the entire banner.

Regards
