Downloading such an outdated client version like v.3.1.10 is not recommended. On the one hand, errors and bugs can occur, and on the other hand, many server versions are no longer supported. Downloading at your own risk.

I met some friends on “tibia” and they have a server that only logs in this old version.
and I was afraid to download this version on the internet from random website.

You can download older Versions, but keep in Mind that
TeamSpeak is not giving you any support with such an
Old TeamSpeak Client! Use it at your own Risk

Note: You have to add /index.html after the client version in the URL bar otherwise you will get an error message again
