How can I hide the automatic logging?

Hello guys, I have a server where I don’t want to show the automatic logging for some reasons.
This is what I mean:

I found a way on how to disable it but only locally through Tools->Options->Chat->Automatic Logging.

How can I hide this for everyone? Thank you!

And a way to give a custom nickname when a user join the server? Is it possibile?

No. The client decides what name it will have.
