how do i put icons to the right of the nickname when i am in the server?
What kind of icons do you mean exactly?
If you mean client icons, right click on the client, then go via Permissions to Client permissions and search in the filter for i_icon_id and you can set any icon there.
This requires the advanced permissions system, which you can select in your client settings.
