How do I reinstate a player that I banned from our server

Please help,
I banned a player from our TS server. It was a mistake. I would like it to reinstate them or find out who can. Seems like if a member decides to ban someone that he should be able to unban them.

Banning and unbanning are different permissions. But on a well configured server I agree you should be able to remove bans if you can create them.
