How to add an addon on TS3 Android?

Hello, on windows I recently downloaded an addon (this one: Default Soundpack with User Names) which works very well, but on Android nothing is pass and installation beug … well I imagine that the file was not designed to work on android but in this situation, can we convert this file to .apk?

There is no addon support on mobile clients.
These are only for PC client.
