How to download a theme for teamspeak on a chromebook

i have a chromebook and i wanna know how to download a theme for teamspeak

For Teamspeak 3:

You can Download Plugins and Themes for TS3 in the Settings: Tools/Options/Addons/Browse Online and select your Theme you like and hit Install. Then it should be applied automaticly and you need to restart Teamspeak.

For Teamspeak 5:

You can not get a Theme for TS5 exept the default ones and this one(afaik) https://community.teamspeak.com/t/skin-cleanspeak-a-the-all-new-teamspeak-5-theme/20168

For which Client?
i dont know if he mean the All New TeamSpeak Client or TeamSpeak 3?
