I wanted to know how to remove the sound of the woman who speaks when I enter a room (I do not want to remove the sound from me, I want anyone in the room not to hear that sound, as if I entered and no one would know) as if I wanted to enter without them perceive

This is impossible by design. The TeamSpeak team doesn’t support spying on people.
