When I open the add-ons sections in the settings, I am met with the message as shown in the image
How do I fix this
Basically, you cant. The plugin Autor needs to update the plugin api. If you have some coding experience you can update the plugin on the new api version yourself.

I doubt it. 
You should contact the plugin author to update the plugin api…
OR
you go back to an earlier TS3 version, where the plugin api version was still supported. Please note, that these (outdated) versions might have some issues.
