Good afternoon. I have encountered a problem where I am unable to add a person as a friend using their username. I am receiving the following error: Failed to resolve contact.
What could it be? There don’t seem to be any settings for limiting the addition of contacts
- Does your friend also have other contacts?
- Is he able to connect to the chat? → meaning that it does not show a disconnected

- He doesn’t have any contacts.
- It says connected
on beta 2, all the coniacs were added smoothly

Your friend does not have a chat account created. Make sure that he is using TS6 and not TS3
