I can't download the beta client from download page

It is not possible to start downloading from the beta TS3 website, although there is access. The download does not start, from Kazakhstan.

https://files.teamspeak-services.com/pre_releases/client/5.0.0-beta68.1/teamspeak-client.msi

If you can’t download it from there, switch your browser and or use a VPN .
