I can’t sign in after accepted the terms I clicked on sign and then it spins around for a while and then the signin screen remains .Uninstall and reinstall the software can not make me sign in the software

There may be an entry like

You can not reach our myTS services that are needed to login or update the client.
The services itself are working fine.
Could be an issue with local firewall, adblocker etc.
OR Cloudflare blocking the connection or your IP
OR your Internet Service provider does block the connection to our services (this happens in some countries).
so what should i do my local firewall is fine and can’t see what’s blocking ts

Are you able to access https://myteamspeak.com in your browser?

Ok then, please make sure that your AntiVirus or Firewall is not blocking TeamSpeak
and the myTeamSpeak Services
Are you using a DNS adblocker like Pihole or AdGuard?
If so, can you whitelist the entire domain *.myteamspeak.com?
Do you have the same problem with the old Teamspeak client (3) or can you log in normally?
I also find it a bit strange that you get the message “Connection was not possible due to positive rejection by the target computer.” in chinese too.
Are you using a VPN client?
