I do not see any badges

Hello

I am using Teamspeak 5 and users’ badges are not visible. My friends cannot see either. How can I solve the problem?

With that lack of information i give you this

  • Nobody has badges on their account or have them active in their account settings in client.
  • Your client could not reach our service
  • The server you use could not reach our service
  • Your account password was reset and could not be encrypted because you did not enter the recovery key or made fallback.

Must be at least one of this
