I don't see my badges in badges options on ts3

I can’t make new recovery key xD I can click it now, but when I’m trying to make it, it like doesn’t work, it don’t shows me new recovery key

Can’t make new recovery and I can’t see badges, it just doesn’t work

I really don’t know something more to help you mate.

Maybe a staff member needs to assist. Either mention one of them here or even better create a support ticket at https://support.teamspeak.com/hc/en-us

My problem - i can’t apply any badges to my profile. There is only empty space at badges configuration.
Can someone explain or help me with that?

You redeem in the settings menu and you can only setup them to show when you are logged into your myTS account and have a connection to our services.

Yeah, that’s right. But i’m already logged into myTS account…

Then you do not have any badge redeemed or you can not reach our service.

I have 15 badges at myTS account, and idk what else i can do

Check your client log for errors and make sure you are logged in (if you did reset your password and did not enter your recovery key or fallback you are not logged in into all services).
