First of all, sorry for my English, it is very bad.
I am having trouble creating SERVER GROUP permissions.
When I create a new group and modify it, all the changes it undergoes are reflected in the group “Server Admin”, it means that if I remove “Create permanent channels” from the new group or “Normal” the server admin will not be able to create channels .

you copy the group and rename it or create a brand new group?
which server version this?
