I need some help with talk power and perms

I am using ts for a gaming community and I want all my users with the active dispatcher role to be at the top of the voice channel so everyone knows who they are. How do I do that?

User in channels are sorted by Talkpower.
So just give them a higher Talkpower than the other groups.

ok i did that and it only moved me to the top not anyone else with the role

as you can see the active dispatch role is set to 80 but they are still not all at the top

Well clients are strictly ordered by talk power.
So maybe right click on people and go to Permissions -> Permission Overview to see how much talk power they have.
