Increase channel icons size with custom theme

Hello,

Is there a way to increase the size of channel icons? I’m setting up a new server and commissioning artwork for the channel icons. It seems like the answer is the images should be 16x16, but there seems to be some information that says you can make it larger. I’m a software engineer professionally, so if the answer here is monkey around with the SDK/APIs to set some properties, fine. Thanks.

You can use pretty much any size you like as long as it is below your permission icon file limit. So please check this permission: i_max_icon_filesize its the file size of the icon in Bytes

Let me clarify my question. I’m asking about the physical size of the UI element for the icon for the channel.

Oh sorry, if you want to tinker with a custom CSS theme, you can have a look at this post. It will explain a buch of things before you can get started with the theming process.

All users will then need to have that theme installed to view the bigger icons.

If you are somewhere stuck in the process just let me know.
