Increase channel icons size with custom theme

What’s the right command to start the TS6 client on mac with these args? I’ve tried a number of different variations and they either don’t work, or show some kind of error. I am commissioning a server banner for my new server, and I’m uploading a temporary one as a place holder so I can give them some better information.
