I’m having trouble joining staff channels which join power it 30, I’ve added that same number to the staff role (let’s say Mod+) and it’s still won’t let my friend join for some reason, I don’t know if it’s a client permission issue I’m not aware of if it’s something else…

I haven’t made this topic very clear, we don’t need staff going into offices or private rooms made by the management team, we only need to go into staff rooms (support rooms, staff lounges)
I don’t really get what issue you got now with that updated information 
If you you don’t want people to join raise the needed join power of the room or lower other group’s join power.
