I too am having this issue on my iPhone iOS 26.0.1 when trying to “contact the server.” I even attempted to uninstall and reinstall the app on my phone. I even had a friend attempt to login with his credentials and still got the same error. Frustrating!
On November 14th, 2025, I tried to log into my account using the mobile app, but I only received the message “Server not reachable.” Is there any workaround to get the sync working on my iPhone (iOS)?
I’m experiencing the same issue with the TS3 client, and partially with TS6 as well.
And the one-time token that you can generate in TS6 for the mobile app also doesn’t work.
Additionally, if I disable 2FA, I can at least log in to the TS3 client again. However, on the mobile app I still get the message “Server not reachable.”
I’ve been having this problem for days and was just redirected to this forum. I get a “server unreachable” message when I try to log in. I have iOS version 26.1 installed. Please help! I have an important meeting soon.
