If you are in a channel with your phone on ios ts3 and someone else joins the channel, you don’t hear a message, or it’s very quiet and I don’t hear it.
I just tested on iOS 16.1.2 and it works for me.
What is your phone version?

got an iphone 13 with 16.1.2
have activated speakers
test it while other people are talking quietly
Tested on Activ Speaker Mode while the people in the channel are talking and works for me.
okay funny, I don’t hear any “user join ur channel…:”
Also can’t reproduce that there no sound or that it is silence.
No matter which sound pack is active.
Maybe you turned the system audio down in your client settings?
