I’m trying to set one the G keys on the side to “Push to Talk” and it just let me, is there a way to do it?

The G keys are not an input by default, you could try binding your Gkeys to something like Ã, Ã, ¢, â, ©, ^ or * using the ICUE software. Maybe it’s possible to bind it to a strange character not used in your language. And use that character to mute/push to talk.
