I have an idea regarding forum. Namely a notification on top (or bottom, you choose) that says “This forum’s primary language is English. Please post in this language! In case You’re not familiar with it, please use Google Translate. You may post both languages if You’re not sure if translation is relatively correct.” or something like that.

As you know, there are some people that create account just to post one thing in other langs than English and do not read FAQ. This notification will inform them about the main rule on forum. Additionally it would’ve been translatad to every language forum uses (English, German, other languages…).
What do you think about this?
