I accidentally removed my server admin rank from the TS3 server, and now I can’t edit anything or become a server admin again, how can I solve this problem?

Hi, I am using Vivaldi (or Firefox) browser via Sandboxie, so the ‘Claim community’ link can not open or start the Teamspeak Client directly.
To claim my community manually as a workaround, I copied the “Claim community” URL into a text file and cut out the token. Do you plan on presenting the token (priviledge key) to the community owner in any other way? Maybe even with a “create new priviledge key” button… :slight_smile:

I would approve if you could receive the token by email honestly… I mean they already have our emails so why not? I think the main reason why not, It’s because when you join a server, you can’t fully control your community over there and instead you need to access the myteamspeak area.

All available Privilege Keys are shown on the Dashboard if you are not accessing the server through a connection link.


If you lose your admin group, you can request a new Privilege Key by submitting a Support ticket.

It is a problem on my end. When using Vivaldi browser, the “Privilege Keys” field reads:
“All available privilege keys for this community have already been used.”
This is with a newly created community.

Any idea which setting might block this?

Edge or Firefox browser works.
