just wanted to mention that there is no way to regenerate the privilege key on the community settings website. It is really niche but using the privilege key once and taking away the admin role makes it impossible to regain admin privileges without creating a new community.
If you happen to loose permission on your Server, we can generate a new Privilege Key for a Server. If you lost access please reach out to [email protected] and provide your email, server name and domain.
i loose my servergroups and ownerships once i closed the connection.
After reconnect i was guest again.
I ensured that it was the same identity.
Please reach out to our support [email protected] and ask for a new privilege key. If this happens again you might need to suspend the current server and create a new one.
i lost my key as well, i am new on teamspeak and didnt know what i was doing, now i have no key to do anything lol

I am new to teamspeak and just bought a crew tier server with my friends. I was messing around with account identities and made a new profile. I think that messed something up and now I can’t access permissions. I am the admin and can kick people but can not access that permission menu. Does anyone know how I can get that back. I never got a privelige key via email so I am lost here.
Make sure that the correct identity is set in your bookmark settings. If you no longer have the correct identity, then please send a mail to [email protected]
I’ve rented a server, but I have no clue where my Priviledge key is. Need help.
Where did you rent the server? Are you talking about a community from myTeamSpeak?

Hello all.
Last night I installed Linux - Bazzite.
I had to fully wipe my windows drive after windows update broke it.
I installed ts6 on bazzite, logged in with my info and everything was gone except the server I am hosting.
All of the chats I have created are gone.
All friends are gone
Picture is gone to.
The worst part is that I am now the owner of the server now, when I log in on the website I can’t claim my server again.
Is there anyway to sync my data so I can get everything restored?

Are you using the same account? The same account you are using here, was only created a few days ago.
Have you reset your password when loggin in on the Linux client?

Yes, same email, same pass.
When I logged in the only thing I had was my server saved in bookmarks. However I have no rights in it.
Can you check in the bookmark settings if another identity is set by accident.
Regardless of the wrong identity being selected you can reach out to [email protected] and request a new privilege key, so that you’ll get your permissions back.
Regarding why all of the contacts are gone is a riddle to me, but I’ve seen that you’ve already received a new privlege key.
