Lost Sub Domain Due To Billing Error

Hello,

Since I started using TS6 our subdomain was enclave, I had a billing error with my card and I resolved it but our server when down, we are no longer able to use “enclave” as a sub domain on ny1. Is it possible that we get it switched over? We are using enclaveoilrig.ny1 now for the time being.

Please check in with [email protected], they should be able to reactive the old Community, if it had been suspended recently.
