Low streaming quality while downloading

My home broadband is a fiber-optic 2500M/2500M symmetrical network. Both my PC’s network port and my router support 2.5G. However, when I download games on Steam, the bandwidth is not fully utilized—it only uses a very low amount. At the same time, the screen-sharing quality on TeamSpeak 6 drops significantly.

By the way, I am the one watching the screen share, so only my download speed is being used. I believe this is an issue with improper bandwidth allocation. Please fix this bug.

How much strain is put on other system components like CPU and GPU?

Does changing priorities in task manager change anything?

most likely the issue, you cant really expect to be able to process 2.5 gbps at the same time. its unrealistic.
